Read the result

Milu brings together nutrition, ingredients and additives to give you a clear score and explain what influenced it.

How Milu builds the score

The score is a synthesis, not a verdict. It combines several documented factors so you can see at a glance what matters, then read why.

Nutrition

Energy, sugars, salt, saturated fats, and fiber, read per package and compared with established reference values used in nutrition labeling.

Additives

Each detected additive is checked against our risk list, built from public evaluations by food safety authorities and peer-reviewed research.

Ingredients

The ingredient list adds context: allergens, sweeteners, and ingredients that may not fit certain dietary preferences.

A risk list that stays current

Our additive risk list is reviewed regularly. When a food safety authority changes its evaluation, or new peer-reviewed evidence appears, we update the list and every affected product score is recalculated.

  • Based on public evaluations from food safety authorities
  • Cross-checked with peer-reviewed scientific literature
  • Updated as soon as official positions change

Every score links back to the factors that influenced it, so you can verify instead of trusting.
